Frequently Ask Questions

Our programs are grounded in principles of physical development, leadership, and sensory integration. This multifaceted approach aims to foster self-regulation, motor planning, strength, and effective communication through physical activity and peer interactions. We carefully grade and adapt activities to provide the optimal level of challenge - not too difficult to feel unachievable, nor too easy to lack benefit. Our focus is on leveraging each child's existing strengths and abilities to create meaningful opportunities for skill development.

Enrolling in classes requires a non-refundable membership fee, but you can access our auxiliary programs like Open Gym, Clinics, Camps, and Birthdays without any membership fee

To maximize attention and energy, classes are 45 minutes. Water/bathroom breaks are provided throughout the class

Students are permitted one make-up class per month, provided we are notified of the absence before the start of the scheduled class.

Our classes are structured by age, while recreational classes are organized based on skill level. If you are unsure which option is most suitable for your child, we encourage you to request an evaluation or contact our office for guidance.

For our physical activities, children should wear comfortable, flexible clothing that permits easy movement. Suitable options include shorts, T-shirts, leggings, or leotards. Avoid tights that cover the feet (to allow for full sensory experience, as well as skirts and tutus. Additionally, long hair should be tied back, and all jewelry should be removed before entering the gym.

If you are not participating in a parent-child class, you do not need to remain in your child's class unless they are young and require help using the restroom. We do ask that you pick up your child by the end of the class so that the staff and children can participate in the next class
